stakeholders. HR demonstrates value by aligning the enterprise strategy, with
the organization’s goals, values, and tactics, as defined in the enterprise
strategy and developing the required skills to achieve the set strategies
HR must also demonstrates value by promoting
employee engagement through leveraging the employer-employee relationship and
solidifying the connection and relations among employee, manager, and the
organization’s mission, vision, values, and developing effective strategies to
address appropriate expectations for performance and behavior from employees at
all levels.
